Came here on a chilly Saturday around 8:15 pm, close to their closing time at 9 pm. There was no line and we were greeted immediately. Ordering was super easy. They had some signs posted out front that some menu prices had changed and there were also new things available like bungeoppang and fish cake skewers. I would like to come back and try these sometime! We got the #4 potato sausage corn dog and #26 sodduck. Our order took a little long to come out, maybe like 20ish minutes or so? The employee helping us apologized when our buzzer rang and said the first corn dog burned. I appreciated the transparency and that they didn't try to give me the burned one lol. But I wasn't in a rush and my partner and I sat by their outdoor fireplace so we were relaxed. The corn dog was super yummy! Worth $7.99? Probably not but this is a convenient location since we wanted to go to Hmart in the basement. I would still get it again if I wasn't able to get it from somewhere else quickly. The potato was super crunchy and the breading was super fluffy and crispy on the outside. I asked for light sugar and it was the perfect amount of sugar too. The sodduck was also really good. $9.99 for 2 skewers, each with 3 mini sausages and 4 lightly fried rice cakes. I wouldn't get this again because it's easy to make at home, but I didn't regret it one bit! Would definitely come again and try other things on the menu. Might try to stay away from some of the more overpriced items (6 piece crispy wings are $14.99 now but the menu had them at $9.99 before).

If you need a quick snack, this is a great spot! It's located in MaDang Courtyard in KTown. They have some outdoor seating and when we went, we got to sit by the fire since it was pretty chilly that day. We ordered crispy wings (12 pcs), sodduck, and the pork belly bowl. It was a lot of food for two people so we had plenty of leftovers. The crispy wings were pretty big and they were juicy and crunchy! It was my first time trying sodduck and loved it. The pork belly was also filling and it had an egg which is a good breakfast bowl. You order and pay at front so service was quick and easy! Definitely looking forward to try the rest of their menu.

Street eats done pretty well can be found at Kosteat! You'll find their open stand on the main courtyard floor right next to the open area. Tons of seating and there usually isn't a line, but the wait for the food can be awhile sometimes. I think some items are better than others so let me give you the low down. Their menu is huge so I haven't tried everything yet but from what I have had... ~Sodduck is my favorite~! Dduk and sausages?! Um, you can't go wrong. ~The Moon Toast is great, the shrimp is money. ~I'm usually happy with their K-Hotdogs and one totally fills me up for a meal. ~Their Odeng Guk (fish cake soup) comes in a cup, straight street food style! I believe it's a newer edition to the menu and thank goodness, it's lovely and delish. ~Their Bulgogi and Pork Bowls are what I'm most disappointed with. So many onions and not a lot of meat and flavor lacks a bit of oomph for me. I've been to Kosteat a whole lot and it's such an easy place to pop by when you need a fix. I'm a fan!

This is a great place for a quick snack! The hot dogs are amazing, the chicken is moist and crispy, and outdoor seating is decent sized. You pay at the counter and the attendants are all nice. It's in a cute 3 level complex on the first floor and the wait for your food isn't long at all it took maybe 5-10 minutes for our food to be ready.

Still tasty! Friendly staff. Clean. Reasonably priced. They've got the market on the tastiest Korean corn dog in L.A.

Korean hotdogs are SO good! They're basically hot dogs on a stick but EXTRA. My favorite is the half mozzarella and half sausage to give it the perfect balance. Cover it in just regular sugar and dip it in ketchup/mustard for that sweet and savory combo. This spot is located in a really nice Korean plaza in k-town. Tons of other shops around and even a beard papas! They have one covered in potato which is too much for me. It's a mouthful and I prefer the less covered one. The Korean pancake was good too, not super sweet. Service was quick which was good since we wanted to enjoy these at home and we're a good drive through LA traffic. A lot of these Korean hot dog spots have opened everywhere now so definitely give it a try! You won't regret it. :) IG: @ammysalamii
